Description
Synthetic, non-water miscible fluid for machining and grinding of all types of metals.
Especially recommended for any e-mobility development where a non-aqueous, biodegradable multi-metal fluid is required.
Suitable for any machining/finishing operation, minimising drag-out consumption.
No hazard labelling, despite its low viscosity of less than 20.5 cSt at 40°C.
Advantages:
- Biodegradable (>90 % according to CEC-L-33-T-82).
- Universal: Suitable for all machining/grinding operations and also for all materials.
- No foaming; promotes rapid deaeration of occluded air during high-speed grinding processes.
- Reduced tendency to evaporation and formation of mist and fumes.
- Thanks to its synthetic nature, it has a high flash point (>200 ºC), which, together with its difficulty to ignite, gives it greater safety against the ignition of the fluid.
- Product recommended for the machining of titanium medical implants; cytotoxicity certified.
