ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 8
Description
ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 8 is a low-viscosity, barium-free Prelube, specially formulated for the cleaning of sheet steel prior to pressing operations.
The outstanding lubricity of ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 8 improves drawing performance and reduces wear. ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 8 protects panels and pressed components from corrosion. The oil film displays optimum stability even on vertical surfaces and is easily removable with neutral or alkaline degreasers.
ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 8 is compatible with phosphating processes, electrophoretic paints and the established adhesives used in car-body construction these days.
ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 8 is matched to:
- the corrosion preventive ANTICORIT RP 4107 S
- the Prelube ANTICORIT PL 3802-39 S and
- the drawing oils RENOFORM MCO 3802 SN and RENOFORM MCO 3028
Application
ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 8 is recommended for the use in coil and blank washers to protect panels from corrosion in automotive body shops. Film weights below 1.5 g/m² can be easily maintained with suitable washers.
