Degreasing metal parts at room temperature is possible!
Typically, industrial metal parts cleaning operations are carried out at temperatures of 40, 60 ºC and above.
Working at temperatures below 30°C, even at room temperature, presents some challenges for degreasing fluids: cleaning performance, tramp oil rejection, separation of foreign oils and keeping them safe from microbiological contamination.
The main advantages of lower working temperatures are:

FUCHS has developed RENOCLEAN MSO 3008 for ferrous metals and RENOCLEAN MSO 3006 for Aluminium to enable high performance cold degreasing.
