Description
ECOCUT MIKRO PLUS 20 is based on special fatty alcohols and is suitable for a wide range of Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) applications.
Application
ECOCUT MIKRO PLUS 20 is specially formulated for Minimum Quantity Lubrication operations on alu minium and other nonferrous metals, cast iron, steel and steel alloys. ECOCUT MIKRO PLUS 20 is highly effective at low dosages and thus signifi cantly reduces cutting fluid consumption. ECOCUT MIKRO PLUS 20 is used for internal and external supply in 1-channel and 2-channel spray systems. ECOCUT MIKRO PLUS 20 is "low-emission" ac cording to German BG information sheet FBHM 006 „Low emission metalworking with minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) “.

Storage Conditions
Minimum shelf life of neat cutting oils: 18 months from day of delivery. Prerequisites are the correct storage in unopened, original containers, protection from direct sunlight and rain. The storage tempera ture should not fall below +5°C or exceed above +40°C. Extensive practical experiences have shown that the characteristics of our products do not deteriorate even if the above-mentioned storage periods are exceeded. We will be pleased to check the product in our FUCHS laboratory for further us ability after the minimum storage period has been exceeded.
