RENISO C 170 E
Description
RENISO C 170 E is a high-viscosity refrigeration oil based on special synthetic esters. Specially selected additives ensure excellent wear protection under the influence of the refrigerant CO₂ in the compressor. RENISO C 170 E has good miscibility / solubility with the refrigerant CO₂ (R744).
Application
RENISO C 170 E was developed specifically for use in refrigeration systems (deep-freeze systems and cascade systems) which are working with the refrigerant CO₂. Due to the good miscibility with CO₂, sufficient oil recirculation is guaranteed even at low evaporation temperatures. RENISO C 170 E has been specially developed for use in screw compressors. The oil can be used in almost all areas of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. RENISO C 170 E is suitable for use in transcritical CO₂ cycles (e.g. air conditioning and heat pump systems).
