RENOFORM TYW 4007
Description
RENOFORM TYW 4007 is a non water-miscible, mineral oil based forming lubricant. RENOFORM TYW 4007 contains a selected combination of polar substances to increase lubricating performance and load carrying capacity. RENOFORM TYW 4007 is free of chlorine, silicone and heavy metals. RENOFORM TYW 4007 is characterized by its excellent lubricity and low foaming behavior. In addition, the tool and workpiece are cooled thanks to the excellent heat transfer.
Application
RENOFORM TYW 4007 is a powerful forming lubricant. RENOFORM TYW 4007 is particularly suitable for processing non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum and its alloys. A material compatibility test is recommended. In particular, RENOFORM TYW 4007 is used in copper wire drawing from medium to fine wire diameters. RENOFORM TYW 4007 is suitable for use on both single and multi-wire machines. RENOFORM TYW 4007 is suitable for both central circulation systems and individual machines. RENOFORM TYW 4007 will be used as an oil-inwater emulsion. The application concentration must be determined by preliminary tests. According to our experience the application concentration is between 4% and 7%. In lower concentrations RENOFORM TYW 4007 can also be used as an annealing emulsion. Due to the low remaining film of RENOFORM TYW 4007, degreasing can often be dispensed for subsequent processes. If necessary RENOFORM TYW 4007 can be easily degreased with common water based alkaline industrial cleaners.

Storage Conditions
RENOFORM TYW 4007 can be stored in the factory-sealed original container at temperatures from +5 °C to +40 °C for up to 12 months.
The indication of a minimum period of storage does not include any guarantee of durability.
