Air conveyors and lubrication
Air conveyors are vital and vital assemblies in industry numbers. They follow the parts throughout the manufacturing process and characterize the flow of production.
For this reason, these conveyors can be subjected to very different and numerous constraints. The most common are:
- High temperatures, when using an oven or oven for painting, for example.
- low temperatures, when operating in cold blocks for transport carcasses in the food industry for example.
- resistances and compatibilities to chemicals, for example when operating around a cataphoresis bath in the automotive industry.
All these specific constraints are in addition to the usual requirements related to the use of conveyor chains. The main one is to limit the effort and the friction to reduce as much as possible the torque and the energy necessary for the operation of the chain without risk of fault. Elongation of the chain often synonymous with maintenance and high cost is also followed very carefully.
To overcome all these technical specificities, FUCHS Lubricant has developed a complete range of lubricant. You will find in the table below some examples of the possible solutions according to the application and the exact requirements.
