ECOCOOL MSC-BF2: Sure, versatile, economical and efficient

The new generation ECOCOOL MSC-BF2 soluble cutting oil is exceptionally versatile. Indeed, it makes it possible to replace borated soluble oils advantageously in all their applications, on all types of alloys and more particularly when a cleaner working environment is sought.

This oil has been designed without boron and without formaldehyde liberator, in accordance with French legislation. It prolongs the life of the baths in use and represents an economical solution because it is not trapped by machining chips.

The technology of soluble machining fluids has been mastered for a long time by FUCHS Lubricant. For many years, many companies in France and all over Europe use FUCHS products from this technology. Based on this long experience, R & D FUCHS France has successfully developed a specific development program focused on boron-free aqueous fluids. This program takes into account the current and future criteria of the REACH legislation and the French-French specificity regarding formaldehyde liberators.

The industrial tests of ECOCOOL MSC-BF2 in severe conditions (hard water, strong presence of leak oil, variable concentrations, sensitive metals), confirmed the technological choices of formulation of the R & D department FUCHS France, namely the absence of odor in operation, total decantation of the leakage oils, the high stability of the emulsion in use, the good cutting performance on alloy steels, the excellent cleanliness of the machines and their environment, the absence of concrete training in baths above Th 100 ° F and finally the absence of corrosion on baths with very high chloride contents.
