ANTICORIT VCI UNI IP 30
Description
ANTICORIT VCI UNI IP 30 is a highly concentrated anti-corrosion fluid based on organic VCI inhibitors with unique properties. In a closed system the protective VCI inhibitors evaporate and protect the goods for a long period of time.
ANTICORIT VCI UNI IP 30 protects iron, steel, copper, brass, aluminium and other metals through its vapour phase. There is no need for direct contact between the fluid and the metal surface. 100 - 200 ml of ANTICORIT VCI UNI IP 30 per m³ are sufficient depending on the required protection period and the sealing characteristics of the packaging.
ANTICORIT VCI UNI IP 30 produces an alcalescent atmosphere which generates a very thin, monomo-lecular VCI-film on the metal surface. The film disappears after unpacking and the parts are ready to use without an additional cleaning process.
ANTICORIT VCI UNI IP 30 does not contain nitrite, secondary amines or other toxic chemicals. It fulfils all demands of TRGS 615.
Application
ANTICORIT VCI UNI IP 30 can be applied by spraying.
Benefits
