Our responsibility in the spotlight of the German Supply Chain Act
Being headquartered in Germany, the German Supply Chain Act is applicable to FUCHS SE including their subsidiaries (FUCHS Group) and the FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH.
The FUCHS Group and FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH both implement and disclose the following elements:
- Systematic identification of risks relating to human rights and the environment for own operations as well as the supply chain
- Definition and implementation of appropriate preventive and corrective measures
- Appointment of a Human Rights Officer
- Publication of a Fundamental Declaration on Human Rights and the Environment (linked at the top of this page)
We have chosen one of the leading sustainability rating providers IntegrityNext to support us in our risk analysis.
FUCHS Supplier Code of Conduct
We clearly stated our expectations towards our suppliers in our new FUCHS Supplier Code of Conduct.
Rules of Procedure
We encourage an open dialog with each other and aim to offer employees, suppliers and other stakeholder easy access to various complaint channels.
- Through our Human Rights Officer, you can draw our attention to human rights or environmental risks or violations relating to FUCHS' business activities.
- Alternatively, you can contact us (anonymously if you wish) via our electronic whistleblower system FUCHS Compliance Communication System.
