Profitable growth is at the core of the FUCHS100 strategy. Six global focus areas have been identified that offer exceptional growth potential for FUCHS: Automotive Aftermarket, Customer Brands, Rotary Motion, New Mobility, Performance Greases and Special Application Solutions.
To achieve this, FUCHS is focusing on scalable growth by making targeted use of its existing strengths, global presence and infrastructure, and by linking these at local and regional levels. The strategic focus is on expanding market access, enhancing its in-depth technical expertise, application knowledge and strong customer focus, and sustainably strengthening its competitiveness through operational excellence.
Sustainability is a key priority for us. FUCHS is consistently reducing its own carbon footprint with the aim of achieving net-zero by 2050. At the same time, FUCHS’s lubrication solutions help customers make their processes more efficient: they reduce friction, extend the service life of machinery and save energy. Lubricants have the potential to save more CO₂ than is required for their production. In future, this measurable customer benefit will be presented even more transparently and communicated as part of our value proposition.


We have the best team in the industry and will continue to provide targeted support for our staff, further strengthen our culture and thereby prepare the company for the future. Our focus is on empowerment and a winning culture.
We aim to further develop our already strong culture by combining our unique, family-oriented spirit even more closely with our ambition to achieve excellence. As part of the FUCHS100 strategy, we are particularly fostering cross-country and cross-functional collaboration and building a performance-driven organisation – with a focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making. Both are crucial to the successful implementation of our strategy.
