SOK BTM E

Concrete release agent for use in civil and underground engineering

Performance Features

  • universal application
  • prevents pore formation to a great extent
  • ensures clean and even surfaces
  • no impediment to plaster, adhesive, and paint adhesion
  • easily biodegradable

Description

SOK BTM E is a chemicophysically reactive concrete release agent which is suitable for all absorbent and non-absorbent formwork.

Field of application

SOK BTM E is suitable for all formwork, e.g. wood, plastic-lined wooden materials, etc. SOK BTM E can be used as a bitumen release agent and for the protection of mixers. Preliminary tests should be carried out.

Method of application

A thin and uniform coat of SOK BTM E is applied with a brush or a suitable spraying device (with T jet nozzle SS 800067) to the clean and dry formwork. Consumption for non-absorbent formwork 40-60 m²/l, for absorbent formwork 25-35 m²/l. At low temperatures ensure that the spray pressure is sufficiently high. SOK BTM E may not be diluted with water, oils, or solvents - the delivered concentration is ready for use!

Notes

The storage period should not exceed 1 year. S tore barrels on their sides. Rreseal packaging after removal. Note the WHG and EC safety data sheet!
