Description
SOK MULTITRENN is a physico-chemically reacting concrete release agent suitable for all current absorbent and non-absorbent shuttering, mainly in precast plants.
Field of application
The blue-colored product was especially developed for the use on polystyrene-foam (e.g. Styrofoam) formwork in ceiling and wall production, and for special applications in the production of supports, beams, and trusses. After its application the blue dye of the product will be destroyed by the alkaline concrete. Thus the gray concrete surfaces will not change their color. The product is not used on the entire surface of the shuttering.
Application
A thin and uniform layer of SOK MULTITRENN is applied by brush, dipping or suitable spraying device (with Teejet nozzle SS 800067) to the clean and dry shuttering. The surfaces treated with SOK MULTITRENN are well visible due to blue coloration. Consumption rates: with non-absorbent shuttering: 20-30 m2/l; with absorbent shuttering: 15-20 m2/l. SOK MULTITRENN may not be diluted with water, oils or solvents – it is ready for use!
Notes
- the duration of storage should not exceed 1 year.
- store barrels horizontally
- reseal container after use
Please observe German federal water act (WHG) and EU safety data sheet! Minor color differences of the product are due to production and do not affect its quality and efficiency. The product is not suitable for the use on white concrete and very light-colored exposed concrete types.
