Description
LUBRODAL F 21 A SET is a water miscible graphite dispersion with effective lubricating and release properties. LUBRODAL F 21 A SET is supplied in concentrated form and can be diluted with tap water. LUBRODAL F 21 A SET is based on a selection of types of graphite which have various particle sizes. The high percentage of the finest particles ensures effective coverage of surfaces, while the coarser particles provide maximum temperature resistance. The highly ground graphite ensures that the concentrate is both - extremely stable and easy to dilute.
Method of application
LUBRODAL F 21 A SET can be diluted as required. The easiest method is to first stir in a small quantity of water and then keep adding water and continue stirring until the required dilution is achieved. The optimum rate of dilution has to be determined in practice. Depending on the metalworking process the dilution ratio usually is 1:1 up to 1:25.
Application
LUBRODAL F 21 A SET can be applied using hand spray guns, static and automatic spraying equipment. To achieve an effective, even coverage, use a spray with an adjustable nozzle and adjust the air-liquid ratio. The diluted product must be kept in continuous motion either by a stirrer or circulation pump, to avoid settling out.The equipment should be cleaned by flushing through with water if it is going to stand idle for any period of time.
