Description
LUBRODAL KB 10 conc is a water miscible releasing lubricant for thermally loaded transport- and conveying chains. The product is free of heavy metals, emulsifiers, halogens and mineral oils. It contains native organic binders guaranteeing good adhesive properties on warm metal surfaces. LUBRODAL KB 10 conc is delivered as a concentrate stable to sedimentation.
Field of application
LUBRODAL KB 10 conc is used to lubricate thermally loaded chains (200-500°C), in particular if graphite and oil containing lubricants are not wished to be used.

LUBRODAL KB 10 conc is also suitable as a high temperature lubricant for the transformation of special alloys, steel and non-ferrous metals (titanium).
Method of application
LUBRODAL KB 10 conc can be applied by spraying, brushing or immersion onto the warm chain links. If applied by spraying we recommend a rarefaction of LUBRODAL KB 10 conc with water at a ratio of 1:2 up to 1:10. Optimal ratios have to be determined in practice. Rarefied working fluids should be stirred in order to avoid settling out of the solids.
