Description
POWDER MoS2 F is a pure molybdenum disulphide powder made from natural molybdenite. The manufacturing process guarantees the maintenance of the natural structure.
Field of application
- cold extrusion
- dry lubrication of parts that must not be lubricated with greases or oils
- incorporation in plastics, carbon products, powder metals and lubricants
- economical application of a lubricating film onto small mass parts
Method of application
Clean surfaces or parts to be treated with solvent. For application on single pieces rub powder onto the surface using a leather rag. Small mass parts and forgings to be cold extruded are coated in a tumbling process after being phosphated.
