Description

MOLYPAUL GP 109 (S-722) is a black, mineral oil-based assembly paste with a lithium-soap MoS2 grease and a solid content of more than 50 % by volume. The paste is not suitable for use in oxygen equipment.

Field of application

MOLYPAUL GP 109 (S-722) is a high-performance lubricating and assembly grease for the running-in lubrication of heavy-duty slideways and guideways. It is used as anti-seize agent for screws/bolts and threaded connections and to lubricate and protect adjusting mechanisms. MOLYPAUL GP 109 (S-722) is an assembly paste to press-fit bearings, discs and pins.

Method of application

MOLYPAUL GP 109 (S-722) is applied using a spatula, brush or grease gun onto the previously cleaned surfaces.
