Description

VITROLIS DG DRO is a high quality, high performance, and long life mineral oil free product based on synthetic lubricity additives specifically designed for drilling and grinding applications on glass.

Application

VITROLIS DG DRO is formulated specifically for grinding and drilling operations on glass. It provides a highly stable, fully transparent emulsion and guarantees maximum durability.

The product is boron-free providing outstanding residue behaviour, making the product especially suitable for flat glass and ceramic glass applications

Machine Cleaning

To optimise service life, the machine should be flushed thoroughly using RENOCLEAN SMC (see separate data sheet) prior to recharging with fresh fluid.

Coolant Monitoring

As with all modern soluble metal working fluids, concentration control is of paramount importance, therefore regular check by use of a refractometer is recommended for this product. It should be noted that the individual product refractometer correction factor should always be used to ensure accuracy.

Other Services

A comprehensive range of coolant monitoring and maintenance systems are available from FUCHS Lubricants UK, incorporating coolant dispensing, recycling and disposal equipment.

Storage

Drums should be stored on their sides in a clean, dry place and protected from extremes of temperature.
