ECOCOOL VHCM-1 CP
Description
ECOCOOL VHCM-1 CP is a multifuntional, boron free, mineral oil-containing, water-miscible metal working fluid that can be used for machining cast iron and low-alloy steel. The microemulsion gener ated during preparation summarizes the benefits of the clear-sightedly of the cutting fluids with the partly synthetically products. Special corrosion in hibitors generate an extraordinary corrosion protec tion. ECOCOOL VHCM-1 CP is free of secondary amines/amides and thus conforms to German TRGS 611.
Application
In the usual dilution for use, the product is charac terised by low foam formation, low fogging and ex cellent filtration properties. Thanks to the use of special substances with high pressure absorption capacity, ECOCOOL VHCM-1 CP is suitable for turning, drilling, milling and grinding, among other operations. Advantages

Storage Conditions
Minimum shelf life of emulsifiable metalworking fluid concentrates: 6 months from day of delivery. Prerequisites are the correct storage in unopened, original containers, protection from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature should not fall below +5°C or exceed above +40°C. Extensive practical experiences have shown that the charac teristics of our products do not deteriorate even if the above-mentioned storage periods are ex ceeded. We will be pleased to check the product in our FUCHS laboratory for further usability after the minimum storage period has been exceeded
