ECOCOOL S CO
Description
ECOCOOL S CO is a mineral oil free, boron free, water miscible metalworking fluid that when mixed with water produces a transparent, water clear solu tion. ECOCOOL S CO was specially developed for machining carbide and prevents cobalt leaching from the workpiece alloy. ECOCOOL S CO pro vides good corrosion protection, is extremely low foaming, leaves no sticky residue and gives a good wetting and rinsing effect. ECOCOOL S CO is free of nitrite, chlorine and zinc.
Application
ECOCOOL S CO was specially developed to resist cobalt leaching when grinding carbides. The recommended concentration for grinding car bide is 4-6%, while for grinding low-alloy steel it is 4-5%.

Storage Conditions
Minimum shelf life of water soluble metalworking fluid concentrates: 12 months from day of delivery. Prerequisites are the correct storage in unopened, original containers, protection from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature should not fall below +5°C or exceed above +40°C. Extensive practical experiences have shown that the charac teristics of our products do not deteriorate even if the above-mentioned storage periods are ex ceeded. We will be pleased to check the product in our FUCHS laboratory for further usability after the minimum storage period has been exceeded.
