Description
GLEITMO HFL 9040 is a water-based lubricating varnish which dries on contact with air. The lubricating components are a synergistically effective combination of solid lubricants with a high proportion of molybdenum di-sulphide.
Field of application
GLEITMO HFL 9040 was designed especially to be used as an external lubricant for internal high pressure moulding. It has proved itself to be the most effective lubricant for the most difficult moulding tasks, which could not have been achieved using other lubricants, such as oils.
Method of application
GLEITMO HFL 9040 can be applied using compressed air or airless spraying equipment. It can also be applied by brush or by dipping. The parts to which GLEITMO HFL 9040 is to be applied must be clean and free of grease. Stir the product thoroughly before application.
Note
