Product description
MULTI DOPE YELLOW is a high-performance, environmentally adapted, paste-like grease. The product has been specifically developed and tested for use as thread compound for drill pipes and also for lubrication of gear pinion teeth and leg rack teeth in jack-up applications.

The product has been specifically developed and tested for use as thread compound for drill pipes and also for lubrication of gear pinion teeth and leg rack teeth in jack-up applications. MULTI DOPE YELLOW can be used for a variety of applications where low speeds and high loads occur. The product is recommended within the temperature range -40°C to +140°C, and for short periods up to 200°C.
Characteristics and advantages
MULTI DOPE YELLOW is formulated with easily biodegradable synthetic esters and thickened with a lithium-calcium complex soap. Solid, non-metallic additives ensure excellent lubrication and separation of metal surfaces. MULTI DOPE YELLOW has very good friction properties, which give a tight connection between casing parts. The product can withstand extremely high torque and allows easy removal of the tubes. MULTI DOPE YELLOW can be applied to wet surfaces and is very adhesive, ensuring good lubrication even after many cycles of threading on and off. The product has very good rust protection properties and can be used as storage protection when applied to a dry surface. Formulated with renewable raw materials and natural minerals.
Handling and storage
Avoid skin contact. In the event of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Dispose of used lubricating grease at a recycling station or equivalent. Safety data sheets are available on www.fuchs.com/se or supplied on request.
