Product description
PLANTO CHAINWAY BIO is an environmentally adapted, rape-seed based chain saw oil with very good adhesion. PLANTO CHAINWAY BIO is less harmful to the environment and provides good conditions for health and safety.
Application areas
PLANTO CHAINWAY BIO is recommended for year-round use for felling and cutting saws in harvesting machines and for chain saws. The product is mixable with all types of chain saw oils, both mineral oil based- and vegetable oil based. The lowest recommended storage temperature is -20 °C.
Characteristics and advantages
PLANTO CHAINWAY BIO has very good adhesion and optimised lubricating capacity. The rapeseed oil in PLANTO CHAINWAY BIO has a natural high viscosity index which makes the oil less sensitive to variations in temperature compared to a mineral oil based chain saw oil. This makes it suitable for year-round use. PLANTO CHAINWAY BIO is rapidly biodegradable in the nature and thus less harmful for forest and soil. PLANTO CHAINWAY BIO also provides an improved working environment with reduced skin irritation. The high refinement level of the rape seed oil means it is very stable and has a long shelf life.
Handling and storage
Avoid skin contact. Clean with soap and water in the event of contact with the skin. Dispose of used oil at a recycling station or equivalent. Safety data sheets are available on www.Fuchs.com/se or supplied on request.
