Product description
RENOLIT UNIWAY LIX 815 PA HP is a high-performance lubricating grease based on synthetic base oil, thickened with a functional lithium complex soap. The product is optimized for lubrication at high temperatures and/or low speeds, as well as high loads.
Application areas
RENOLIT UNIWAY LIX 815 PA HP works exceptionally well for lubrication in corrosive environments at high temperatures and/or low speeds, e.g. for lubrication of roller bearings in a paper machine's drying section. The product is also very suitable for other applications with high loads, high temperatures and where the environment is wet and corrosive. The product is recommended within the temperature range -40°C to +180°C, and for short periods up to 220°C. RENOLIT UNIWAY LIX 815 PA HP is suitable for use in centralised lubrication systems.
Characteristics and advantages
The additives in RENOLIT UNIWAY LIX 815 PA HP are attached to the soap structure to provide optimum EP properties. This delivers extremely good load-carrying capacity and wear protection. The product's performance provides possibility for extended re-lubrication intervals. RENOLIT UNIWAY LIX 815 PA HP contains additives that protects against corrosion and oxidation. The very good thermal stability and good adhesion means that the grease works very well at elevated temperatures and in moist environments, or where there is a risk of water penetration. RENOLIT UNIWAY LIX 815 PA HP is an extremely resistant lubricating grease in the event of high loads, impact of water and high temperatures.
Handling and storage
Avoid skin contact. In the event of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Dispose of used lubricating grease at a recycling station or equivalent. Safety data sheets are available on www.fuchs.com/se or supplied on request.
