Product description
CUTWAY BIO MQL is an extremely lubricating cutting oil in our effective program for cutting operations. The product is based on synthetic esters and selected additives in order to optimize the performance.
Application areas
CUTWAY BIO MQL is recommended for difficult cutting processing in all types of metals as steel grades, copper, brass and aluminium. The product also works excellently for plastic processing and for minimum lubrication where a high film strength and low friction is required.
Characteristics and advantages
CUTWAY BIO MQL is free from chlorine, sulphur and phosphorous. The product contains a unique combination of esters with an excellent lubrication capacity which contributes to a high surface quality on machined components, with minimal tool wear. CUTWAY BIO MQL is at the forefront in technical and environmental terms.
Tests and approvals
The base fluid is easily biodegradable according to OECD 301F.
Handling and storage
Avoid skin contact. In the event of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Store the product indoors at a temperature of between 5°C to 30°C. Dispose of used oil at a recycling station or equivalent. Safety data sheets are available on www.fuchs.com/se or supplied on request.
