Product description
DRAWWAY EV 105 is an evaporating drawing and stamping fluid in our effective program for drawing. The product consist of high purity synthetic hydrocarbon solvents and selected additives in order to optimize the lubrication.
Application areas
DRAWWAY EV 105 is a thin stamping fluid with good evaporation properties designed for light stamping and shearing operations on steel and aluminum. The product is also suitable for use in honing operations.
Characteristics and advantages
DRAWWAY EV 105 consist of high purity synthetic hydrocarbon solvents with carefully selected additives to enhance the lubricating properties of the fluid. The has extremly good evaporation properties and leaves the processed pieces dry and clean after a finished operation which makes it unnecessary to clean processed pieces after a finished operation.
Handling and storage
Avoid skin contact. In the event of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Store the product indoors at a temperature of between 5°C to 30°C. Dispose of used fluid at a recycling station or equivalent. Safety data sheets are available on www.fuchs.com/se or supplied on request
