Product description
RENOLIT MOLYWAY LICA 932 is a high-quality, mineral oil based lithium-calcium grease for heavy load applications. The product has very good adhesion and water resistance, and is reinforced with molybdenum disulphide and wear protection additives.
Application areas
RENOLIT MOLYWAY LICA 932 is very suitable for use in slow-moving, heavily loaded plain and roller bearings where shock loads or frequent start-ups may occur. For example, the lubrication of slow-moving bearings in stone crushers and rolling mills, support and pressure rollers on drier parts and rotating
furnaces, slewing bearings, BWEs (excavators for mining) and other applications that are exposed to vibration and oscillating movements. RENOLIT MOLYWAY LICA 932 works exceptionally well in both industrial and automotive applications, as well as in wet environments. The product is recommended within the temperature range -10°C to +120°C, max +130°C.
Characteristics and advantages
RENOLIT RENOLIT MOLYWAY LICA 932 contains additives to prevent oxidation and corrosion and wear during high loads. The product is extremely water resistant. The addition of 3 % molybdenum disulphide gives the grease excellent lubricating properties. RENOLIT MOLYWAY LICA 932 is mechanically stable
and has good adhesion even when repeatedly washed over with water, which results in a reduction in consumption of the product.
Handling and storage
Avoid skin contact. In the event of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Dispose of used grease at a recycling station or equivalent. Safety data sheets are available on www.fuchs.com/se or supplied on request.
