RENOLIN ZAF 68 MC
Description
The products in the RENOLIN ZAF MC range are universal zinc- and ash-free lubricating and hydraulic oils based on special hydrogenated base oils (Group III base oils). They are characterised by a high natural, shear-stable viscosity index (VI > 140). RENOLIN ZAF MC products are based on the latest zinc- and ash-free additive technology in combination with selected hydrogenated base oils. They guarantee excellent hydraulic, gear and lubricating oil properties. The products are based on the latest phosphorus-sulphur technology in combination with selected antioxidants and anti corrosion additives. This special combination of additives ensures exceptionally robust wear protection. The products in the RENOLIN ZAF MC range guarantee very good wear protection properties in hydraulic components (pumps and motors). The Bosch Rexroth High Pressure test was completed with excellent results. In addition, all hydraulic oil-related tests were passed with very good results. The excellent copper and non-ferrous metal compatibility of the products should be emphasised for a zinc and ash-free phosphorus/sulphur formulation. The corrosion protection behaviour towards steel, nonferrous metals, and non-ferrous metal alloys is exceptionally good. The products in the RENOLIN ZAF MC range have very high oxidation stability. In comparison with conventional hydraulic oils based on mineral oils, 2 - 3 times the service life can be achieved.
Application
Demulsifying lubricating oils and hydraulic oils with a high natural, shear-stable viscosity index for universal use in hydraulic systems and lubricating/gear oil applications. Excellent for use in mobile and stationary hydraulic oils for applications where a hydraulic oil HVLP according to DIN 51524-3 is recommended. RENOLIN ZAF MC products are ideal for use in machine tools, plastic injection moulding machines and stationary and mobile hydraulic systems. The relevant wear protection tests for industrial gear oils (in accordance with DIN 51517-3) were also successfully passed with very good results. The scuffing wear resistance (FZG A/8.3/90) is passed with a very good result. In addition, the products exhibit exceptionally good rolling bearing wear behaviour. The relevant test in the FE8 rolling bearing tester (7.5 rpm / 80 °C, axial load of 80 kN) was passed with the lowest wear values. All relevant requirement criteria for industrial gear oils were met and exceeded. The products in the RENOLIN ZAF MC range therefore fulfil all requirements for hydraulic oils and industrial gear oils. The products can be used universally, the formulation is robust with high oxidative and thermal stability - even in the presence of moisture and water. The products in the RENOLIN ZAF MC range are high-quality hydraulic oils based on hydrogenated base oils. The products in the RENOLIN ZAF MC range are universal oils and cover various applications. They can be used as fully functional hydraulic oils HLP, HVLP. The products in the RENOLIN ZAF MC range are used in hydraulic systems, presses and machine tools as universal circulating and demulsifying gear oils (CLP type).
