JACK UP GREASE BIO
Description
JACK UP GREASE BIO is formulated with easily biodegradable synthetic esters and thickened with a lithium-calcium complex soap. The product is mainly intended to be used in jack-up platforms to lubricate open gears and other specific equipment.
Application
JACK UP GREASE BIO is recommended for greasing of gear pinion teeth and leg rack teeth as well as in skidding systems and the cantilever on jack-up platform. JACK UP GREASE BIO is suitable in many other high load, slow speed applications. Operating temperature -40°C to +140°C (-40°F to +284°F). Short term up to 200°C (392°F).

Classified as Yellow Y1, based on HOCNF documentation as under the Norwegian guidelines for offshore operations.

Handling and storage
Avoid skin contact. In the event of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Dispose of used lubricating grease at a recycling station or equivalent. Safety data sheets are available on www.fuchs.com/se or supplied on request.
