Description
TITAN SUPERGEAR MC SAE 80W-140 is an Ultra High Performance gear oil based on selected base oils and an improved additive technology. This ensures optimised oxidation and shear stability, an improved temperature-viscosity behaviour as well as a very good wear and corrosion protection. At the same time, it offers very good compatibility with elastomers and synchroniser materials. Extended oil drain intervals can be achieved according to the manufacturer's recommendations. But it can be used in many other applications.
Application
TITAN SUPERGEAR MC SAE 80W-140 was designed for multifunctional use in transmissions and axles. It is mainly used if API GL-4/API GL-5 is required. TITAN SUPERGEAR MC SAE 80W-140 is suitable for synchronised and non-synchronised transmissions. TITAN SUPERGEAR MC SAE 80W-140 is miscible and compatible with conventional, branded gear oils. However, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided in order to fully exhaust this product’s benefits. A complete oil drain is recommended before converting to TITAN SUPERGEAR MC SAE 80W 140.
