Description
SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 10W-50 XP is a 4-stroke motorcycle engine oil based on XP Technology. SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 10W-50 XP is based on esters and other synthetic base oils with a high performance motorcycle-specific additive system. XP Technology uses an innovative, highly shear resistant, low-volatility base oil formulation along with stable esters to achieve increased power, provide ultimate engine and transmission protection, reduce oil consumption, and improve fuel economy. XP Technology combats engine wear and reduces friction on all critical surfaces both at high temperatures and during cold starts. SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 10W-50 XP uses a balanced formulation to ensure the proper operation of oil-immersed clutches and other driveline components.
Application
SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 10W-50 XP was formulated to meet the requirements of modern 4-stroke motorcycle engines. SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 10W50 XP is suitable for both air- and liquid-cooled engines and can be used in on- and off-road motorcycles. The SILKOLENE PRO 4 XP range comes in six viscosity grades to provide the correct viscosity for the majority of motorcycle engines. SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 10W-50 XP is miscible and compatible with conventional, branded engine oils. However, mixing with other engine oils should be avoided in order to fully exhaust this product’s benefits. A complete oil drain is recommended when converting to SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 10W-50 XP.
