ANTICORIT BGI 15
Description
ANTICORIT BGI 15 is a low-viscosity, nitrite, barium- and zinc-free corrosion preventive. It produces a thin, non-sticky and non-gumming film. Due to the efficient combination of corrosion protection oil, active corrosion prevention substances and the addition of special Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI) ANTICORIT BGI 15 offers effective protection even if the surfaces are not fully wetted but the packaging is sealed well. ANTICORIT BGI 15 fulfils the high requirements of the bearing industry concerning storage, transport and compatibility with conventional, mineral oil based lubricants. Therefore it is perfect for the longterm protection of finished precision parts and particularly
bearings. ANTICORIT BGI 15 is easily removable with water-based, neutral or alkaline cleaners. We recommend products from the FUCHS RENOCLEAN series.
Application
ANTICORIT BGI 15 is applied by dipping or spraying at room temperature. The valid safety regulations have to be taken into account. For the optimal use of ANTICORIT BGI 15, the preserved parts should be wrapped in paper or PE-film.
