Description
GLEITMO 900 SPRAY is an air-drying, solvent based solid film lubricant with an inorganic binder. The lubricating component is a synergistic combination of solid lubricants with a main molybdenum disulphide content, which has a very high pressure bearing capacity. GLEITMO 900 SPRAY cures at room temperature and forms a well adhering dry lubricating layer.
Application
The focus of the application is on low sliding speeds and high loads. Exception: running-in processes. In general, the use of GLEITMO 900 SPRAY is always recommended if oils and greases are not suitable for lubrication due to high temperatures or if dry lubrication is required for other reasons. The aerosol can is the simplest form of application. GLEITMO 900 SPRAY is sprayed evenly onto the previously cleaned and degreased components. GLEITMO 900 SPRAY is also available as a bulk product and can therefore also be used in compressed air and airless spraying systems. Immersion or immersion centrifuging is recommended for larger quantities of small parts.

Notes
- Shake well for at least one minute before use. The sound of the mixing balls must be audible.
- Can be stored in closed containers at room temperature for at least 36 months.
