Description
GLEITMO 591 (OX) is an extraordinary special grease based on a synthetic oil of high stability and on white solid lubricants.
Field of application
GLEITMO 591 (OX) is resistant to many aggressive chemicals and offers excellent compatibility with a lot of rubber and plastic materials. Due to its extremely high oxidation stability and very good lubricating properties GLEITMO 591 (OX) can be used in fittings for oxygen applications and oxyge-carrying pipes for assembly and maintenance purposes. Maximum pressure in applications with gaseous oxygen must not exceed 60 bar at an oxygen temper-ature of 60°C.
Method of application
Surfaces to be lubricated have to be carefully cleaned with METABLANC PFPE prior to applying GLEITMO 591 (OX)! Please be aware of our Technical Information for PFPE greases! It is indispensable to use oil and grease-free metal lubricating devices (spatula)!
Note
Do not mix GLEITMO 591 (OX) with other lubricants!
