Description
LUBRODAL F 105 is a stable dispersion of graphite in water. The content of smallest graphite particles ensures a good wetting, the bigger particles enable a higher temperature resistance of the lubricant film. The fine ground graphite guarantees both stability and easy dilution of the concentrate.
Field of application
LUBRODAL F 105 is used for hot forging of steel. Due to the dilution ratio, forging processes from easy to complex can be covered.
Method of application
LUBRODAL F 105 is supplied as a concentrate and has to be diluted with water before use.
When diluted for use, it can be applied by manual spray guns, stationary or automatic spraying devices.
The optimum dilution ratio is depending on the application and has to be determined in practice.
Dilution ratios from 1:2 to 1:20 are common, depending on the difficulty and part geometry.
