FUCHS Lubricants Sweden has commissioned new equipment for applying dry-film lubricants at its Kungsbacka facility. The investment strengthens our ability to provide customers with advanced surface treatment solutions, supported by improved process control, traceability, productivity, and working conditions.

Dry-film lubricant coatings help control friction and improve the performance of components made from metal, plastic, and elastomers. Typical applications include O-rings, seals, fasteners, and other components where consistent friction characteristics contribute to reliable assembly, reduced wear, and long-term functionality.

The new equipment expands our coating capabilities and enables us to support a broader range of customer projects. Combined with local testing and evaluation resources in Kungsbacka, it gives customers access to application knowledge and technical guidance throughout the development process, from initial testing and optimisation to a robust full-scale production solution.
