according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Fuchs Petrolub AG, Mannheim, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005790430,
WKN: 579043, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 15, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 51.74% (this corresponds to 6120808 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 51.74% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 6120408 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Seyfert
from Rudolf Fuchs GmbH & Co. KG.
