Their work helps manufacturers implement best practices. Field Application Engineers specialize in Food Grade, Heavy Industry, Metalworking and Metalforming sectors.  

Our Food Industry specialists are trained to survey and perform risk assessment of lubrication critical control points. Our LCCP assessments include lubricant properties, type of maintenance and frequency, secure storage and dispensing in order to minimize potential risk.

Robust fluid condition management eliminates waste which negatively impacts your total process cost. By letting FUCHS Smart Services be responsible for all your fluid maintenance requirements, your maintenance team can focus on core functions within the facility.

Wherever possible, we will identify and eliminate redundancies and reduce the number of different lubricants your site purchases. Product consolidation reduces procurement and inventory burdens. A single monthly invoice combined with robust online inventory management solutions allows us to greatly reduce the overhead and complexity associated with chemical purchases. When integrated with our consumption management systems, inventory levels can be optimized to minimize on-hand inventory without putting the process at risk.

CPM is a carefully managed, structured system of operations in which all aspects and consequences of fluid usage are monitored and assessed.  

To compliment your internal maintenance program, we offer a periodic sampling and analysis in order to monitor the condition of a piece of equipment and its lubricant.
