RENOCLEAN AIR SPRAY DOWN is a surfactant that reduces the surface tension of water to penetrate and dampen airborne dust. This product is diluted in spray water to a 0.02%-0.05% ratio. The main application is used in underground spray water for cutting machines. This product can be used in any application where spray water is used to suppress dust. We have a specific pump system that was designed to inject this product at the desired ratio available.

RENOCLEAN Air Hold Down utilizes a combination of natural binding and wetting agents to bind dust particles together. GEARMASTER SYN Series synthetic lubricants are fully formulated with highly effective anti-wear and extreme pressure additive packages. The series includes ISO viscosity grades 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460 and 680.

GEARMASTER SYN Series lubricants exceed AGMA EP specifications for industrial gearboxes and conform to CLP type according to DIN 51517-3. RENOLIT LSTO is a unique synthetic gear lubricant suitable for many problem industrial gearboxes and bearings. Its thixotropic characteristic allows it to be used in gearboxes and bearings that are prone to leakage when using traditional gear oils and greases that run out. Thixotropy is its ability to move from a semi-solid state when at rest to relatively fluid when it is mechanically manipulated or placed under pressure as would occur in a gearbox or bearing application.  Only the portion of RENOLIT LSTO actually being mechanically manipulated or placed under pressure will become relatively fluid, hence the remaining product forms a supplementary seal to keep out contaminants and prevent leakage of the lubricant out of the units.

SOLCENIC GM 20 is a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid developed by the Fuchs Global team for use in longwall mining.

The emulsion, formed with superior corrosion protection additives and lubricity enhancers, is stable in mine water when mixed at 2.0% by volume. SOLCENIC GM20 is delivered as a concentrate and is mixed on- site as needed with a locally available water source.

Fuchs provides testing of the emulsion and the mine water. Each of our field representatives is a qualified mine engineer with knowledge of the fluid and the system. Not only is a field report instantly handed to the customer, but also a more-detailed analysis can be performed in our laboratories located around the world.

SOLCENIC GM20 mixes easily with water and is compatible with commercially available mixing units such as Conflow, Venturi, Dosatron and LMI.
