TUF DRAW HPAL
Neat Oil Forming Fluid
Description
TUF DRAW HPAL is a low viscosity moderate to medium-duty non-chlorinated drawing, extrusion and forming oil. It is intended for moderate to medium duty operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals with extreme pressure type performance. This compounded oil is especially effective on aluminum and other non-ferrous parts. TUF DRAW HPAL contains a high level lubricity package to provide outstanding anti-weld properties, extended tool life and excellent part quality. It is readily cleaned from finished work to avoid “down-stream” problems. Because of its low viscosity, TUF DRAW HPAL is easily applied, and it drains freely from parts to reduce consumption.
Application
TUF DRAW HPAL is used as received without dilution. It can be applied by flood, spray, roll coater, brush or swab. The product should be stored in its original sealed container between 45° - 90° F. Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information. TUF DRAW HPAL is readily cleaned from parts with most alkaline part cleaners. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
