BURNISH 6514

Deburring and Vibratory Cleaner

Description

BURNISH 6514 is a synergistic blend of alkaline builders, water conditioners and biodegradable surfactants which provides maximum cleaning power and provides excellent soil removal from parts and media.

BURNISH 6514 has a unique blend of non-nitrite rust inhibitors which provide in-plant protection of steel parts after cleaning or burnishing operations without rinsing. Controlled foam levels provide lubricity, thus reducing wear of media and equipment as well as increasing cleaning.

BURNISH 6514 is more economical than powdered products, without the messy powder spills or buildup of powder residues on burnishing equipment. No costly mixing equipment is required and no salting out of solution. It is effective in hard or soft water.

BURNISH 6514 contains no free caustic, solvents, heavy metals or toxic materials. Disposal is easy and requires no special equipment.
