RENOFORM 453
Vanishing Lubricant
Description
RENOFORM 453 is a specially compounded, moderate duty-stamping fluid. Its base oil is designed to evaporate shortly after application and stamping. The EP additive in RENOFORM 453 will extend tool life and is compatible with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This fluid is virtually odorless. It is also free of chlorine, sulfur and fat.
RENOFORM 453 is a non-staining product for light to general duty stamping of steel and aluminum alloys. It is particularly used in stamping "flat" stacked parts, eliminating sticking and degreasing. The evaporated surface may be painted over.
Application
RENOFORM 453 should be used as received. It should not be diluted. It can be applied through spray, dip or roller. Your local FUCHS representative can assist you with specific recommendations. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F – 90°F.
