RENOFORM 9010 AFC
Vanishing Lubricant
Description
RENOFORM 9010 AFC is a vanishing lubricant that contains lubricity enhancing additives. It is intended for stamping, punching and light forming of all metals including galvanized steel. The lubricity enhancers promote performance that exceeds standard vanishing lubricants. Its viscosity is light, which ensures easy application, limited carry-off, low consumption, and economy of operations.
RENOFORM 9010 AFC leaves minimal residue, so cleaning is usually eliminated. Any residue that might remain is compatible with most industrial finishes. It is advisable to test compatibility with specific paint, if parts are to be painted without pretreatment.
RENOFORM 9010 AFC has a relatively high flashpoint, so is safer to work with. Most of the fluid evaporates quickly so parts are almost immediately ready for finishing or packaging.
Application
RENOFORM 9010 AFC should be used as received. It should not be diluted. It can be applied through spray, dip or roller. Your local FUCHS representative can assist you with specific recommendations. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F – 90°F. Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
