RENOFORM OS 7507

Chlorine Containing Heavy-Duty Water-Miscible Drawing and Stamping Lubricant

Description

RENOFORM OS 7507 is a heavy-duty water-miscible drawing and stamping lubricant formulated with extreme pressure additives for use in severe drawing, stamping, and blanking operations to prevent metal pick-up and provide excellent part quality in severe drawing, stamping, and blanking operations. RENOFORM OS 7507 can be used on all grades of steel and non-ferrous substrates. The product has excellent biostability for use in recirculating applications, good in-process corrosion inhibition, and is compatible with carbide tooling. Because RENOFORM OS 7507 is water-miscible, it is a very versatile and economical option.

Application

RENOFORM OS 7507 can be used diluted in water for medium to heavy-duty operations and is applied via flood or spray. Typical dilution ranges from 2:1 to 10:1 water to product ratios. Always add the product to water to ensure proper emulsification.

RENOFORM OS 7507 can also be used as delivered for very difficult draws by applying via roller, brush, or drip equipment.
