TUF DRAW 1126

Water-Miscible Forming Fluid

Description

TUF DRAW 1126 is a chlorine-free, water emulsifiable drawing and stamping compound. It is intended for moderate drawing, stamping and blanking operations on steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum and nickel alloys.

TUF DRAW 1126 is formulated with anti-wear agents to provide excellent part quality and extended tool life. Further, it contains corrosion inhibitors to reduce rework, and it is formulated with emulsifiers to ensure easy cleaning. Additionally, Tuf Draw 1126 forms a stable emulsion in hard or soft water for consistent performance.

How to Use

Moderately Severe Operations: TUF DRAW 1126 is used as received without dilution. For less severe operations, it is diluted with water, blending oil or solvents. When a paste type compound is required: Mix TUF DRAW 1126 with water at a ratio of 1 part water to 1 part TUF DRAW 1126. For flood or spray application: Use TUF DRAW 1126 at dilution ratios of 2 to 10 parts water to 1 part TUF DRAW 1126.
