Water-Miscible Forming Fluid

Description

TUF DRAW 2335 is a water-emulsifiable, synthetic drawing and stamping compound. It is intended for severe drawing, stamping and blanking of titanium, galvanized steels, aluminum, copper, brass, nickel and silver alloys. TUF DRAW 2335 produces stable emulsions for uniform performance and results, and it is readily cleaned to reduce down-stream problems.

TUF DRAW 2335 contains state of the art lubricity additives to provide fine surface finishes and extended tool life. It also contains an excellent corrosion inhibitor package for safety on non-ferrous alloys. TUF DRAW 2335 is compatible with carbide dies to protect tooling, and it is chlorine and sulfurfree.

How to Use

TUF DRAW 2335 is designed for use as received. If desirable, and depending on the severity of the application, it may be diluted with water. To mix, always add TUF DRAW 2335 to water with agitation. The maximum recommended dilution is 1 part product to 10 parts water. Your FUCHS representative can work with you to optimize the most efficient dilution and application techniques.

The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F – 90°F.
