Water-soluble synthetic metalforming lubricant
Description
ECO DRAW HVE1 is a water-soluble synthetic lubricant for use in a diverse set of metalforming operations from light to heavy duty. Lubricity performance and residue levels can be adjusted through dilutions with water. It can be used in stamping, drawing, and forming and is even effective with high strength steel.
ECO DRAW HVE1 provides very good indoor corrosion protection for in-process storage of steel parts. It can be used with zinc coated steel and aluminum. You should discuss storage conditions and requirements with your FUCHS representative to be safe. ECO DRAW HVE1 has been fully tested per the Auto/Steel Partnership, and is the only synthetic lubricant to receive full OEM approval for use on parts that enter body in white paint systems.
