Water-soluble synthetic metalforming lubricant
Description
RENOFORM SYN 3 is a synthetic drawing and stamping fluid intended for moderate severity blanking, drawing and stamping of aluminum and steel. It can often replace EP and soluble oils to provide cleaner running for moderately difficult stamping operations. RENOFORM SYN 3 contains no petroleum oils for ease of disposal. RENOFORM SYN 3 offers better in-process corrosion protection than typical EP soluble oils, and its residues are very easily cleaned from processed work to prevent down-stream problems.
How to Use
RENOFORM SYN 3 can be used straight or mixed with water for use. It can be applied with spray, dip, roller or swab equipment. For severe operations it is used as received. It can be reduced with water for less severe applications. Recommended dilution ratios are 1 to 10 parts water to 1 part product. Always add product to water when mixing. Your local Fuchs representative can recommend the correct concentration for your operation.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F– 90°F.
