SUGAR GLIDE 1900

Journal Bearing Lubricant

Description

SUGAR GLIDE 1900 is a premium, synthetic lubricant formulated to meet the demands of journal bearings in sugar mills.

SUGAR GLIDE 1900 has a high affinity for steel, brass, copper and other metal surfaces. It resists dripping or creeping while providing extreme pressure and corrosion protection. It is formulated for heavily loaded journal bearings. It is  specifically blended not to harden, crack of decrease adhesive tendencies over a broad temperature range. SUGAR GLIDE 1900 is formulated to  provide maximum protection for bronze and Babbitt bearings. Its viscoelastic behavior provides superior film thickness and load bearing capability, while maintaining relatively cool operating temperatures.

SUGAR GLIDE 1900 is also designed for maximum adherence to the bearing surface. This adhesion and the unique polymer structure reduce the lubricant flow across the bearing surface. This reduced flow rate greatly decreases the quantity of SUGAR GLIDE 1900 that is required to maintain effective lubrication.
