Description

PLANTOCUT 22 SR US is heavy duty cutting oil suitable for a wide varied of ferrous metals including carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, difficult steel alloys, powdered metals, cast iron, aluminum, copper and brass. It is designed for severe machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, tapping, threading, reaming, broaching, sawing, screw machining, Swiss machining, conventional grinding and superabrasive (CBN) grinding.

PLANTOCUT 22 SR US is based on modified vegetable-based raw materials. It contains carefully selected and matched chlorine-free EP additives and is remarkably copper-inactive.

How to Use

PLANTOCUT 22 SR US is used as received for all machining operations. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.

The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45ºF and 90ºF.

How to Clean

Residual films are readily cleaned from parts with RENOCLEAN alkaline or solvent-based cleaners.  Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
